不同孕期睡眠姿势有哪些 准妈妈你们都知道吗
早孕期的睡姿
怀孕的早期,孕妇的睡姿并不过分强调,因为胎儿还很小,只要是侧卧基本不会有什么影响,不必太在意睡姿,但是胎儿这时已经在子宫里发育,需要注意避免被外力压迫或自身压迫。不过最好的睡姿还是左卧,有利于血液流畅减少其他器官对子宫的压迫。
怀孕的中期
左侧卧对宝宝的发育最好,能减少对心脏的压力。有利于排尿,避免缺氧。子宫在逐渐增大,有侧卧就会压迫到下腔的静脉,使血液不能回流心脏,使心脏的血液减少,供血量减少,容易引起头晕,呕吐,血压低下的情况,还会导致子宫的供血不足,对胎儿的生长发育不利。严重的话,可能导致胎儿窒息死亡。
因为社会的科学研究提倡正常人有侧卧睡觉,对身体较好,减少对心脏的压迫,因此绝大部分的人都养成这样的睡姿。但是作为孕妇,特别是进入孕中后期的孕妇,应该改变成左侧卧。右侧卧会挤压右侧输尿管,导致尿液滞留。肠道和右侧肾脏的相交,导致肠道细菌侵入右侧肾脏,容易有右侧肾盂肾炎,左侧卧能使孕妇更加舒适,但是禁止仰卧,因为容易眩晕。
怀孕的后期
怀孕6个月,孕妇只要继续左侧卧,在睡觉时会自然的转身,就基本没什么问题了。一旦发现有严重呕吐,或者羊水不足,感染,发烧等疾病,就需要到医院就诊。提高警戒有利于母子的健康成长,祝愿天下的母亲都能健康长寿,宝宝正常发育长大。但是胎儿这时已经在子宫里发育,需要注意避免被外力压迫或自身压迫。不过最好的睡姿还是左卧,有利于血液流畅减少其他器官对子宫的压迫。
