1、芒果
市面上卖的芒果有黄的、绿的、红的……因此不要太在乎芒果表皮的颜色，要关注其触感。挑选时可以轻轻挤压芒果，成熟的芒果有一定的弹性。
2、西瓜
很多人认为挑西瓜可以用敲的方式，其实并不绝对。好的西瓜应是深绿色、表面光滑、纹路整齐、花纹清晰的。还有如“黑美人”品种，则要挑绿得发黑和长得“苗条”的。不要选瓜蔓（果柄）已经干枯的西瓜，瓜蔓干枯意味着采摘已久。
