你的私处需要呼吸 女人什么时候不穿内裤比较好

　　女性一定要保持私处的干燥和透气，因为温暖湿润的环境，是滋生细菌的温床。在内裤的选择上，最好穿全棉内裤，这是最适合阴道的衣物。另外，要试着偶尔不穿内裤，让你的私处能够透透气。
　　1.不穿内裤对你的私处来说是极好的，特别是如果你有点，嗯，敏感。
　　因为内衣可能会刺激你的私处。对那些感染、过敏、得了皮疹的女人来说，不穿内裤真的是再好不过的做法啦。
　　2.只要你愿意，完全可以在坐地铁、公交、逛商场的时候不穿内裤。
　　只要你穿的衣服足够安全，比如不是齐B小短裙。同时，能保证自己不会走光。至于会不会坐一下公共场合的座位就被传染性病，这个问题压根没有必要担心。
　　3.不过呢，不穿内裤的话可能偶尔也会毁掉你的几条裤子。
　　比如每个月阴道分泌物比较多的那几天，哦，还有大姨妈要来的前两天，这时候最好还是穿上内裤出门比较好。
　　4.如果你喜欢紧身牛仔裤，最好要穿上内裤。
　　超级紧身的牛仔裤会摩擦伤害到你的私处，还容易让私处局部温度过高。
　　5.锻炼时最好也要穿上。
　　有些运动装在胯部区域会有接缝，所以你要是不穿内裤的话，可能会刺激到私处。
　　6.如果你是一个比较保守的姑凉，可以在睡觉时尝试下放空。
　　特别是对那些发生酵母菌感染等妇科病的女性来说，至少要做到在睡觉时不穿内裤，让阴道和外阴能够畅快呼吸。
　　7.丁字裤其实不是最坏的，关键看你怎么穿！
　　网上关于丁字裤不利健康的传闻接连不断，其实只要布料是棉质的，问题并不大。但如果你的丁字裤特别紧，它可能会将细菌从肛门携带到阴道，从而引起潜在感染。
